About Us

Rooted in Vermont, Z Botanicals is a small-batch apothecary devoted to creating thoughtful herbal remedies and botanical skincare from the plants God has given us. Many of our herbs are grown or wildcrafted here in Vermont using beyond-organic practices, allowing us to work with plants at their freshest and most vibrant.

Everything is made by hand in small batches using traditional herbal methods, thoughtfully sourced organic ingredients, and as little plastic as possible. From seed to bottle, we know our plants, our ingredients, and the care that goes into every product.

For nearly nine years, Z Botanicals has been about more than making herbal products. It’s about stewardship, sharing plant knowledge, and creating simple, beautiful remedies that help people reconnect with the gifts found in creation.

About Lyndsay

Lyndsay is the heart and hands behind Z Botanicals, a self-taught herbalist whose passion for plant medicine has been nurtured by learning from women herbalists across the globe. She has drawn wisdom from many teachers, including her retired business partner Zanni, the namesake of Z Botanicals. Lyndsay believes the knowledge of healing with plants is a gift we all deserve to reclaim and share. A recovering New Ager with a healthy sense of humor, she brings a grounded, no-nonsense approach to her craft. As a mother of three, gardener, and advocate for community, Lyndsay’s work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a desire to empower others to heal themselves with nature’s gifts.
